Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is forever — no trial expiry. You can run three real proposals a month before deciding whether to upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your team settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Business customers can pay by invoice on Net-30 terms.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes — 30% off Solo and Team for registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions. Email us from your work address to apply.
What happens if I cancel?
Your proposals stay accessible read-only for 90 days, then move to cold storage you can restore from on request. No surprise deletions.
How does Proposera handle our data?
Your RFPs, proposals, and company profile are isolated per org via Postgres row-level security. We don't train models on your content — every generation is per-request, stateless on our side.
